About ABDI
Our History
Annabelles Bogi Development Initiative (ABDI) is a non-governmental organization established in year 2000 with the mission to assist in the total development of the disadvantaged and vulnerable people through the process of rediscovery and nurturing.
ABDI has its head office in Ebonyi State and has been duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) since year 2006. The organization is also a registered member of several national networks including being one of the pioneer members of the Civil Society on HIV/AIDS (CiSHAN) in Nigeria as at year 2005.
Since its establishment, ABDI has implemented several health projects in Abia and Ebonyi States with support from national and international development partners. We have grown to become a cornerstone for community health and development initiatives.

Organizational Capacity
ABDI as an organization is made up of the Program Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, and Financial and Administration units which are headed by experienced staff.
Our F & A system has improved over time with proper documentation of all transactions and correspondences following ABDI organizational procedures and funder-specific financial policies. We have been occupying our current operational office in Ebonyi State since 2013.
